Is PurpledTV free?

You can watch music videos with ad as Freemium in PurpledTV, howsoever, the features for watching remaining contents viz. movies, series, and talk shows can be unlocked after paying a subscription fee of Rs.99/-.

How do I renew my subscription?

We do not support auto-renewal of Subscription (to follow RBI's guideline). But you can renew your subscription by choosing your preferred plan from the Subscription page.

Will I get a refund if I cancel the subscription?

We don't make any refund for cancellation of the subscription. Once you are subscribed, you can access the contents and features of the subscribed plan till the end of the subscription period.
